The Message Of The Cross And Resurrection Of Jesus Chris: Is the only answer and solution for sin. The cross is not only where our sin is paid for, or where the devil is conquered.
It is equally the marching line for Christians, where one’s Christianity and belief are shaped, nurtured, and sustained for the sake of eternity.
The cross also redefines the power in God’s kingdom, which is conclusively revealed in the Christ-event on the cross. It brought peace, reconciliation, and unity between God and mankind.
Apostle Paul with all the spiritual encounters he had, the 3rd heaven experiences never made him to, see the Message of the Cross and His resurrection as elementary.
Paul encountered Angels, Demons, powers, and principalities. He traveled out of his physical body and saw all manner of things, yet, he was never carried away by those experiences.
Rather, he affirms his resoluteness in God, through his declaration in Philippians 3:10. Where he said that all he needs is to know Him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death.
Also in 1 Corinthians 2:2, he stated, for, while I was with you, I made up my mind to forget everything in this life except Jesus Christ and His death on the Cross.
Paul never saw himself as one who has already arrived or one who has made it. But as one who is still in the race striving for his perfection.
The day a Christian began to see the Message of the Cross and God’s Grace as for the new converts and the sinners outside the church. That is the day he started loosing his or her stand and position in Christ.
The Message of Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection is not just a Message that one graduate from. Rather, it is a day to day reflectional message for a higher and deeper life in God.
There is nothing deeper, higher, or more precious than having the Knowledge of the Mystery of God which is in Christ Jesus. Psalm 25:14 says, that the secret things of the Lord belong to those who fear the Lord.
That he may make known his covenant to them that fear Him. Being born from above will surely usher you into many spiritual encounters and experiences.
So, never you allow these marvelous experiences to cause you to despise the simplicity of our Savior Jesus Christ. Paul said in Ephesians 2:9, Not by works, lest any man should boast.
This simply means that whatever you are or the position you occupy is just by the grace that His death, burial, and resurrection brought to mankind.
So brethren, as we drive the Spirit Realm for spiritual adventures and encounters. May you never come to a point where you begin to despise the message of the Cross and His Resurrection.
Colossians 2:18-19, advised believers never to allow anyone to disqualify them of their reward. By insisting on perfect self-denial or the worship of the angels, saying they have had visions about these things.
Their sinful minds have made them proud, and they are not connected to Christ, the head of the body. For, He holds the whole body together with its joints and ligaments, and it grows as God nourishes it.
Most so-called New Converts in the church are sometimes more vibrant in Faith than the old ones? That is because the Gospel we received is active in us as long as we remain in Him.
Spiritual Growth is all about knowing more of God’s Love for you as an individual and others who are in Christ Jesus. For, The same simple way you received Christ is the same way you grow in Him.
So, grow in Grace and not grow bigger than Grace or out of Grace. For, every divine encounter and experiences we meet in God are works of Grace.
Though we press and press yet we know these marvelous experiences are not just because of our pressing.
But, the grace, we obtained through the suffering, death, burial, and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. Who left His throne and made himself poor, so that we will be rich.
He came and reconciled and reconnected man to God, the foundation, and the builder of our faith. By defeating the devil, sin, and death, through the mystery of the Cross and Resurrection.
Mankind was set free from the bondage of the enemy and was delivered from the fear of death, according to the book of Hebrews 2:15.
In this way, man is glorified and becomes God’s friend and collaborator, Christ’s brother and joint-king by grace and an adoptive son of God.
